Effective 05 September 2026

1. Service scope

Tender Desk (Pty) Ltd operates TeeDee BidOS™ for procurement opportunities and bid support, and Registra for business registration, compliance and administration services. The exact scope, deliverables, price, requirements and expected turnaround shown for the selected service or opportunity apply to the order.

2. Opportunity information

TeeDee BidOS works to publish useful current opportunity information. Customers remain responsible for checking the issuing institution’s official notice, tender documents, briefing requirements, closing date and submission method before acting.

3. No outcome guarantee

Tender Desk supports analysis, preparation, registration, compliance administration, readiness and document work. It does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, authority approval, acceptance, shortlisting, funding, appointment or contract award.

4. Customer information and actions

Customers must provide complete and accurate company, director, employee, financial and supporting information and may not use another person’s information unlawfully. Customer OTPs, signatures, identity checks and other actions that must be completed personally remain the customer’s responsibility where required.

5. Orders, payments and external fees

Tender Desk (Pty) Ltd is the merchant of record for TeeDee BidOS and Registra services purchased through this platform and is responsible for the contracted Tender Desk deliverable. An order becomes active after the required payment is confirmed or another approved payment arrangement is recorded.

Government, statutory, certification, verification, courier, professional or other third-party charges are separate where the relevant service information or checkout identifies them as external costs.

6. Prices and VAT

Prices shown are the total Tender Desk service prices currently payable. Tender Desk is not presently registered for VAT, so no VAT is separately charged. Any future tax or pricing change will be disclosed before a customer commits to an affected purchase.

7. Independent service-provider boundary

Tender Desk is an independent private service provider and is not CIPC, SARS, the CSD, the Department of Employment and Labour, CIDB, NHBRC, PSiRA or any other government department, regulator or tender issuer. Customers may use official self-service channels where available. Tender Desk charges for authorised preparation, administration, document handling and process support.

Official authorities and third parties retain control over their own systems, decisions, processing times and statutory charges. Tender Desk cannot guarantee registration, authority approval, tender responsiveness, appointment or contract award.

8. Service requirements and scope

Registra service requirements are shown on the relevant service page before you start. Customer intake checks the information and documents supplied for that service. Where the price depends on quantity, periods, transaction bands, buyer or portal target, or another stated variable, the customer must supply that information before checkout or service work can proceed.

9. Documents and automated processing

Uploaded documents may be read and used to help populate company, Registra or bid work. Customers must review extracted information and correct any uncertainty before relying on it for a submission, registration or commercial decision.

10. Third-party systems

External authorities, registries, payment providers, professional practitioners and partner-delivered services remain subject to their own systems, rules, processing times and decisions. Tender Desk does not control external systems or government outcomes.

11. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Tender Desk services for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, unlawful data processing, malicious uploads, false submissions, system interference or activity that harms another person or organisation.

12. Intellectual property

software, interfaces, templates and associated brand assets remain protected. Customers retain ownership of their lawful company information and receive the permitted use of paid deliverables created for their organisation.

13. Contact and disputes

Questions or complaints should first be sent to support@mytenderdesk.co.za or submitted through the Support page. Tender Desk will review the relevant order, evidence and service terms before responding.
